I contacted Louis Electric on New Year's Eve when I discovered the GFI electrical outlet for our pond pump had failed. He contacted me back within 30 minutes much to my surprise, came out later that day and replaced it. On New Year's Eve!! Wow. We also had him look at the outlet for our sump pump which also seemed to have failed. Due to a problem he noticed while inspecting it, that would take more time than just switching out the GFI, he came back several days later and repaired it as well. He was timely and professional. We recommend him highly.

Reached out to Louie to troubleshoot and repair an electrical issue created by previous contractor. Within 2 hours they had the problem identified, breaker replaced, rewired 2 junction boxes and a switch, and everything is now working perfectly. I’ll be contacting Louie for all electrical work I have going forward.

Louie helped me with some electrical problems, related to the switches and outlets, that I noticed in my kitchen after some remodeling work. He was very responsive to my inquiry, was punctual and very thorough. He made lots of great suggestions and helped with other electrical related issues at my home. He explained his work in a way that was easy to understand. The problems required 3 visits. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to and reasonably priced. I have already asked him about some future projects for him to do at the home.
