- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my diagnostic fee is 50$ The diagnostic fee is waved with approval of quoted repairs. I also offer a semi-annual preventative maintenance service for heating and cooling tune up for $15 a month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
when I have a new customer I offer a free preventative maintenance service with approval of quoted repair. for example if I were to replace a capacitor or a motor in the summer time, I will then come out next season in the fall and perform a free heating tune up and safety check.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I achieved a 28 unit certificate for Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning at Riverside Community college. I still take classes when I can that are funded through So Cal Edison and various classes from manufacturers.
