- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I go to Bridal conventions and fairs to check out the competition and stay within the pricing guidelines.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to email the prospective couple and then meet with them to get a feel of their idea for their special day. I ask questions about how they met, who fell in love first, who proposed, etc... This gives me an idea of their love story. I write a script with their love story included if they agree. Then I email examples if scripts and they approve what they like or don't like. I help write vows if necessary. All included in price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a legally ordained Non Denominational Minister, a Grief and Loss Counselor, Reiki Practitioner I & II, Zumba Instructor, Sound Therapist and Vibrational Meditation Practitioner/Instructor. I joined Toastmasters International to perfect my speaking abilities. I won best table topics in 2012. I am comfortable speaking in front of a large audience as well as a small intimate crowd.
