Dwayne repaired an eroded pipe in our garage and did a wonderful job. He took the time to explain the issue and quoted a very fair price for the work being done. Communication was always straight forward with him and he got the job done efficiently. Would recommend him and will be using him again in for future plumbing needs.

Dwayne was quick, friendly, yet professional. he called back quickly to my water heater maintenance request, going over a few details like model and the location of the water heater before setting up the appointment time most convenient for me. We had to reschedule the appointment at one point due to wildfire and terrible air quality on the day of original appointment but Dwayne made sure I was notified and also called to confirm and to re-schedule. Excellent communication throughout the whole process. Finally on the day of appointment, Dwayne was on time and was very professional, checking the installation, going over what he was going to do for the maintenance and also kindly teaching me about how I should take care of my water heater, while letting me know my water heater was installed appropriately by the builder as he could do the maintenance very easily with everything accessible even though it was in the attic. I will be reaching out to Dwayne next time I need my water heater maintenance for sure.
