Vova (Hi plumber) really saved my day. I had a water heater which makes explosions in the combustion chamber from time to time. After some research I’ve identified the issue came from the burner. I ordered a new burner replacement and asked for Pros to help me install. The first guy came and didn’t want to help me repair it. They were playing the trick and said it’s not repairable and recommended replacing the whole heater (so they can make more). I rejected them and got Vova came. Vova did inspection carefully and help me analyze the issue. He helped me with the repair charging very reasonably price. He also taught me how to observe for more days to further isolate and diagnose the issue. He showed professional knowledge and was willing to share with me. His work was solid and reliable. Now three days has passed and the heater was working perfectly. There was no need to replace the whole unit. He’s now my go-to plumber if I need help next time.

Vova was a pleasure to work with on my garbage disposal project. I was unsure of the cause of the leak, but he helped diagnose the issue through photos and chat. It turned out the disposal needed replacement, and he helped me with some brand and model suggestions. I ordered the part myself and was able to quickly schedule Vova’s time for an install. Accommodating and punctual, he installed the new disposal and triple-tested all of the seals. Without asking, he even put on protective shoe covers upon entering my place—very thoughtful! I highly recommend Vova for plumbing projects.
