I highly recommend him, service that he provided was beyond my expectations. He fixed my sink and the toilet, when I mentioned that my garbage disposal doesn't work, his immediate response was "Let me take a look", he was able to fix it in no time. Vova did such an amazing job helping me replace the spout on my tub. He responded immediately, worked quickly and professionally, and even advised me on some other issues around the house all at a very reasonable price! Hi plumber was very punctual, professional, and a perfectionist. His rates were very reasonable and he was meticulous with every part of the project. He installed a toilet, sink and vanity set, and a bidet. He did not rush and was helpful with explaining his work. He took his time with each part and everything looks flawless. He offers a 30-day warranty for his work. I’d recommend him to all of my neighbors! I can’t stress enough how kind and professional he was, he went above and beyond. I’d hire him in a heart beat.

What can I say. Contacted Hi Pluming on Sunday for a stuck garbage disposal. Volo came same day and fixed the problem and gave me a 3 month warranty in case the disposal needed to be replaced. He said he would replace at a nominal cost. What a great guy! Instead of telling me I needed a new unit, and installing a new disposal, he said give it time to see if it gets stuck again. He even told me where I can get the same unit for less than the home improvement store down the road. I only wish I needed more done! Great value, great service, great work!

Wow! I'm almost wishing that we needed Vova more, but that would mean more things breaking.... he was super efficient, a great communicator, and figured out a way to repair what we had rather than replace it, which is what I had planned on.
