I hired Chef Holly for my mother’s 65th birthday party. I just want to say that her food was amazing! Chef Holly developed a wonderful menu with a few different options. She has an amazing sense of taste and really brought out the flavor. She apparently worked at a bunch of fancy restaurants in SF and was a private chef over the last 15 years. Chef Holly used seasonal ingredients that she found at the farmers markets.
