I was in need of putting something together for a very close friend - who is extremely hard to shop for. I had an idea of a visual illustration that included all of his favorite things, and I pictured something very specific that included VERY different types of images and themes. I wanted to get this done to have printed and framed, and possibly printed on a t-shirt. He was beyond brilliant the entire time we worked together - he captured EXACTLY what I have been picturing for years now. I am beyond impressed with how easy it was to work with him, bounce ideas back and forth, take feedback and make edits, and how quickly he was able to get this project to exactly where I wanted it. Better than I every could have imagined, also very kind about making some small tweaks and last minute edits, while being polite and positive the entire time. I will use him for absolutely ANY future design projects I have for either personal or professional use.

If you’re looking for an illustrator, hire Julia. JUST DO IT.
I was in search of someone who could help me recreate a concept I found online, but with some personalized touches. I wanted to draw a few of my friends as cartoons for a birthday project.
I’m so glad I found Julia. She was professional, highly responsive, and is an artist with a wide range of styles. Most of the work displayed in her reviews lean towards realism, so I was a bit skeptical about my animated piece. However, I was blown away with the end result! She took a live photo I sent and drew my friends in cartoon form perfectly. I ended up making t-shirts for the 3 birthday boys and stickers for our guests--both were a hit! Many also commented on how well she captured their features in her drawing, so we knew exactly who each character was.
Seriously cannot recommend Julia enough and look forward to working with her on future projects.
Pro-tip: If you have a really busy schedule or are not able to be consistent with texts, I’d recommend scheduling time with Julia to go over your timeline and expectations upfront, since she also often draws late at night. She’s super friendly, responsive and helpful!
