I just happened to answer my phone the day Alex called me, while struggling to park to head to a job. I found the proceeding conversation to be congenial, while I described my predicament of trying to park while getting to a client’s premises, and how, during this Springtime, I was currently swamped. Nonetheless, they described their square footage and asked me for a quote. I asked them to email me the details and I would take a look. I expressed to them how the property in question was in a location that I rarely, if ever, go to, and I would try my best to get there and take a look. I described to them how I always have my hands full and asked if they could email me the details, and said I would get back to them asap. They did send me the details, seemingly promptly, albeit in the app and not to my email. I did not see their message about the square footage until they decided to leave me a one star review, less than a week after our phone conversation. I have never met Alex. Nor have I ever agreed to do any work for Alex. I made them no promise. And I expected nothing from them in return. Yet they have decided to leave me a one star review. This is my story.
