I'm prepping a Condo For-Sale and it needed painting. Alex's bid was half as much and he did the job in half the time the other painters said it would take. And I'm very happy with the results. Alex checked in with me several times to make sure he understood what I wanted from colors to type to what to paint and not paint. Job well done
