- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly pricing for events under 100 people and under 4 hours. Otherwise price will be negotiated based on job requirements. Travel fee of 45 for SF, SJ, Palo Alto, Menlo Park.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask what the job requirements are and figure out if there's any special needs that the client requires. Most events don't need special attention, but sometimes there's a special guest or a special event during the event that requires attention.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
