Derek responded to my request quickly, offered a fair and competitive upfront price. He arrived on time and quickly replaced my faulty breaker but the new breaker he purchased was also faulty so he returned to the store right away, got a new one, and installed it. Along the way Derek educated me on electrical code and why my breakers were set up the way they were. Derek is very friendly and professional.
