- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is fully customised to your event and service you need. All prices are transparent and include food only; you are free to add on services you might need, such as utensils, china, dinnerware, decor, waitstaff etc
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a Zoom call first to discuss your vision, then I send you a 1 or 2 menus to choose from. Once menus have been fine-tuned and other services discussed, we move forward with a contract. You are welcome to book a limited tasting to get an idea of how I season, or you can look out for a rare tasting and menu development party party.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in some prety cool restaurants and under some very talented chefs.
