Our toilet suddenly stopped working. After flushing, the tank would refill, then the bowl would fill, and then it drained until it was empty. I contacted Dr. Drain and they came to inspect it. Dickson, our technician, quickly diagnosed the issue. He came back later in the afternoon, and within an hour he replaced our toilet. Thorough, friendly, punctual, and tidy. I'd definitely recommend Dr. Drain!
