- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin our meeting by asking you questions and taking notes on your requirements and priorities. We come on time, thoroughly prepared for your appointment. We bring samples of rails, boards, and posts so you can see and feel the high quality of our materials. Our goal is to provide you with outstanding customer service throughout the process from the first meeting to the installation and beyond. Site Assessment We will walk your fence project together. During this time we look at the terrain and make installation recommendations based on our experience. We will discuss the 3 types of installations: level top, sloping and stepped. Next, we check to see if there’s any obstructions. If there are any trees, shrubs, or debris on the fence line be sure to remove them before the start of your fencing project. Installation We follow manufacture and state installation guidelines. On most projects we manually dig holes 24” in the ground and use 2 bags off fast-drying concrete. We use a level to make sure each post is level and plumb. And a masons line to keep the fence line straight. MEET THE INSTALLATION TEAM Manufacture & Craftsmanship Warranties Your vinyl fence comes with a lifetime manufacturer warranty. Upon completion of your fence project we will provide you with a warranty form . Additionally, we stand behind our work and offer a 5 year craftsmanship warranty. Measure Your fence run is measured for accuracy. During this part of the appointment we show you the linear feet either on the measuring wheel or measuring tape. Gates are measured from outside post to outside post. We discuss gate post size and whether you want the gate to swing in or out. Do you have a pool?
