FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have boxed pricing because we can't price a job without a few things: seeing what the issue is and understanding the full scope of what is going on. We give options when we give a price and we also offer financing if the job is bigger than you are able to handle at the time. Our prices are set to not exceed bearing a truly unforeseen circumstance, which we will discuss with you before proceeding. We're professionals, it's our job to know what price a job should be priced at. If it ends up being more, we take it on the chin and do not go back to you for more. We do not charge for estimates and we do not charge if we are not able to rectify whatever the issue is. You pay for work to be done, be done properly and by professionals. We make sure you get what you pay for and we stand by it with a warranty on our work. We do offer a discount for seniors, veterans/first responders and first time residential real estate inspections. Those specials can be viewed on our website for more details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone call followed by meeting you at the project site. We go over every aspect of the work to be done and make sure you understand the entire process from start-to-finish. Transparency is key. We do not want to be your plumbers for one job, we hope to become your plumbing professionals from here-on-out. This is not what we do on the first job, this is what we do on every job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed, bonded and insured plumbers in the state of California. We have taught, trained plumbers both one-on-one and entire job staff. Regarding sewer work, we have been doing sewer inspections, repairs, replacements and rehabilitations since before the sewer camera was invented with the now closed Drain Surgeon back in the early 80's. There is nothing we have not seen before, so no matter how bad it seems, we can take care of it for you. We have been trained and seek out training on any new mechanics, tools, procedures to get the job done better, easier and less expensive for you.
