Showed up on time. I could quickly tell they knew what they were talking about. Pricing was fair. We have a smaller pool that has been a little difficult to balance since resurfacing - it is less forgiving than a larger volume. After the first visit, things looked great, and I am confident we will have a stable, sparkling pool for the rest of the season.

I can’t say enough about these ladies. They were extremely professional, kind, punctual and patient. I don’t know anything about pools and managed to buy a home with a few pool issues. Prior to their site visit they asked me a variety of questions, asked for photos, and a short video to ensure they were prepared to tackle my original concerns. Every process was throughly explained to me and every single question I had was answered. I deeply appreciate the open and honest communication. Again, my pool has some issues, so I was presented with multiple options as far as solutions. Their pool inspection was thorough, and I was shown what new concerns were discovered once they were in the pool. They were completely honest about what they could and could not do, and offered recommendations for the services they couldn’t provide. They helped fill in the knowledge gaps for me, so that I understood exactly what it is I needed and wanted. I later found out that they drove a bit out of their way to help me, as I’m not in their typical service area, so I am extremely thankful that they were able to come out and get our pool together. I highly recommend Surf City Pools, especially if you’d like to do business with honest professionals.
