Radi was on time and highly responsive (the appointment was booked just 2 days prior). He was knowledgeable and took time to check out adjacent plumbing to make sure there no other issues from the leaky sink supply he was asked to fix ($350 to replace cold and hot sink supply connection). He was also patient in explaining what he was doing and how he was doing it. Before and after pics attached.
