I'm a DIY"er and I wanted to replace our shower/tub control valve. While removing the valve, I twisted the copper connection to the valve. I wasn't comfortable soldering the copper connection in the wall so I requested a quote from Radi. He called me within 15 minutes and scheduled a visit later that day. He was able to remove the valve and replace a new valve and spout. He finished in an hour and cleaned up the tub. Happy to have water service again.

My mom’s toilet was leaking and in need of replacement. Everyone can understand how stressful household repairs can be unless you have a dependable and reliable contractor. Well Radi is one of few and I appreciate him making this experience less stressful for me and my family. I would add Responsiveness but only allows 3 choices. Radi responded very quickly to the request for replacing washing machine shut off valve that was leaking, came over same day of thumbtack request to explain what was needed and provide the estimate for the work. His explanation seemed reasonable and honest. He came back early the next morning to complete the work. It was Christmas Eve and he got the work done expediently and professionally. Laid drop cloths to avoid mess or damage. The washing machine stopped working with a error code FH this is how I found the leaking valve. Radi also help with providing instructions to reset the error on the machine and it started working again. I had 6 loads of laundry do get done so this really made my Christmas.

Radi and team did a whole house re-pipe (copper) and installed an automatic shut-off and full house water filter/softener. I’ll say, a re-piping project is not a small undertaking — Radi did make it as pleasant as possible. I had several bids and most pushed toward PEX — Radi helped us chose the right material based on the time we planned to stay in our home. I’m not a plumber, but can tell the work is solid. His pricing was competitive, fair, and not motivated to finish quickly at the sake of quality. Highly recommended!
