Carlos is a professional photographer! He is timely, friendly and an expert in taking real estate photo shoots. He provided some suggestions at the start to help the photo shoot turn out well. The pictures with the lighting and edits came out better than perfect! There are some standout amazing drone shots also that I can't believe he was able to capture so well. Thanks Carlos!!

1) They specify the property address and the lockbox code, or show up in person to unlock the property 2) Photo previews delivered 3) Payment is done 4) High-resolution photos delivered 5) Customer leaves review
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Zillow certified Architectural photographer and virtual tour creator, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Part 107 certified drone pilot.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Always had a passion for architecture, which merged with my passion for photography, forging the perfect combination for property photography. Flew my first drone in 2019, and I was marveled right after, since I was able to obtain visual material that could only be done being in a helicopter before, with amazing portability. Then, I obtained my drone pilot certification.
