Beyond Property Management (BPM) is San Diego’s premier full-service property management company. Proudly serving our community since 2006. We handle management for single-family homes, condos, commercial and residential units. Our San Diego location services the Central and Coastal San Diego areas, while our Encinitas office services the North County San Diego region.
We are passionate about finding new and innovative ways to manage our properties. These are then tailored to you, as an investor, homeowner, or landlord. Through education, we continually track the ever-changing rental market as well as keep up to speed with the new rental laws and ordinances. BPM has been amazing to me and my property. I am on the other side of the country and their communication has been spot on. I havent had to worry about my property since Ive been a client of theirs. If you are military or not, BPM is the best management company for your properties!

We love working with BPM in providing general turnover repairs to upgrading the value of their clients properties with remodels and recommended changes.As a vendor communication is important to us and BPM does an exceptional job at it.We have worked with the whole team but can say that the follow up provided by Mark is top tier.
