For property management we charge 5-7% for single family homes and duplexes, 4-5% for 5-15 units, and 15-20% for Short term rentals depending on the volume and nightly rate.

We're in the top 1% of multifamily and residential property managers in San Diego. Our agents have additional education in commercial real estate, multifamily, and residential. In addition, we hold special designations in investments, probate, military, and senior housing.
