Coach Matt is amazing. I’ve been working with him for about 2 years now. I’m a 34 year old female and before working with Matt I had zero knowledge about weight training and very little knowledge or experience with exercise or dieting and nutrition. Coach Matt has given me the tools and knowledge to learn and grow and feel confident when I exercise and lift weights with or without a trainer! Matt developed a training program that worked exceptionally well. He trained me on how to use the Trainerize app so I could maintain the program at my own gym. He checked in on my progress and gave me great advice when I had issues with certain routines.

When you ask for a trainer, coach Matt delivers more than beyond the best you can wish for. I’ve been training with Matt for over three years.
