- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every journey starts with a conversation. Before we ever hit the gym, we’ll sit down for a consultation to understand your goals, challenges, and lifestyle. From there, I create a customized training and nutrition plan that aligns with your needs, whether it’s weight loss, strength building, or overall wellness. Accountability is key, and I’ll be with you every step of the way, adjusting your plan as you grow stronger, pushing you when needed, and celebrating every win.

Beyond certifications, I bring lived experience. I’ve lost over 130 lbs and built a life centered around fitness, health, and empowerment. That personal journey fuels my coaching. I’ve trained under some of the best, continue to expand my knowledge, and apply science-backed principles with a deep understanding of what it takes: physically, mentally, and emotionally, to transform your body and mindset.
