- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $60/hr. with a 3 hour minimum. I like to offer a few freebie storage solutions and always carry an assortment on hand. I’m happy to remove trash/recycling. I drive an SUV so load me up with donations. Even the ones you think nobody wants.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone consult to establish needs and expectations. Then schedule a minimum 3hr. session. Some jobs can be finished in 1-2 sessions. Plan for a whole house to take several visits.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Working in hospitality I consistently maintained a clean and efficiently organized work space.
