I am a Seattle based chef and catering company. My experience in catering and events is second to none. I have overseen banquets departments for multiple four star hotels on the west coast and Hawaii as well as a catering license in a California State Park. The range of events includes weddings, fine dining tasting menus, wine dinners, corporate functions, Van’s Triple Crown of Surfing, military, bridal showers, baby showers and funerals.
I was raised in a restaurant and it has been a lifetime passion of mine. I love strolling farmers markets and fish docks looking for local and sustainable fare. I am a 4 time award winning Chef "Best California Cuisine" Golden Foodie Awards that does seasonal cooking from local farmers markets and purveyors.
