I've been really impressed with Stretch Affect's holistic approach to physical therapy, which I have not experienced in other more clinical settings. The therapists bring in-depth technical knowledge to every issue, which often involve multiple, inter-related causes. After just a few months of visits, I've been really impressed with what I've been able to achieve and believe this team is taking the field of physical therapy to a different level.

I am a young giraffe learning to walk strong and tall! I have a leg length discrepancy which has caused many issues which the team at Stretch Affect has helped with greatly. Through manual manipulation, active release therapy, strength training, fixing of postural issues and setting up a home routine I have been able to live my daily life with much less pain. Justin, Kyle, Chris and Nick are all very friendly, personable and professional. I would highly recommend SA to anyone requiring that extra care for their physical therapy needs.

I made an appointment with Dr. Perkins because I was having low back pain. Dr. Perkins and the team at Stretch Affect were great and have been helping me recover. Before going to Stretch Affect my back was very tight and my mobility was limited due to the pain and tightness. Dr. Perkins did a full body assessment to determine where my weakness and imbalances were. The assessment was very thorough. Dr. Perkins did manual stretching to release tight muscles and relieve soreness. Once we managed the pain Dr. Perkins worked on gaining mobility and building strength.As a first responder physical fitness and physical performance is extremely important. I will continue to use Dr. Perkins and the Stretch Affect team to maintain my mobility and correct muscle imbalances. I am very pleased with the services they provide.

As a D1 athlete my body goes through a lot of strain and tear. I went to Stretch Affect to focus on mobility, flexibility, and my explosiveness. Chris, Kyle, Justin and Nick all helped me achieve those areas of focus through manual therapy, a stretching routine, strength training along with lots of recovery techniques that varied from Normatech boots, hyperice guns, and sauna. Stretch Affect has everything you need and more.

Stretch Affect has an amazing, professional staff and outstanding facilities. I sought their services for pain in my lower body and decreased athletic performance. Using manual therapy, active release, and targeted strengthening I say results almost immediately and continue to see improvements. My flexibility has greatly increased and it allows me to do so much more in my workouts and even daily activities. They use a true team approach with each of the staff having different experience and training. I have to say it's quite an experience having 5 people watch me walk and discussing the finer points of what areas are a priority for treatment. I have great confidence in their ability to use stretching, sports massage, active release therapy, manual therapy and many others that I don't even know yet to increase flexibility, decrease pain, and improve performance.
