- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can start a job as early as 8:00am or as late as 6:00pm. We have 3 different vehicles a 24 foot box truck, a sprinter van and a truck with a 7 x 14 enclosed trailer attached. We do not have a time minimum (except for labor only jobs) but we do have a one time vehicle fee. We provide discounts to college / university students and military personnel with valid ID. We accept venmo, zelle, apple pay, cash, and tap to pay (this adds on a 3% processing fee)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get as much information about what the customer needs to make sure we are prepared for the job. We Do Not provide flat rate quotes since jobs can vary depending on size of the home, how many items the customer has, travel distance and type of location for the service. But do not worry we work efficiently yet carefully to ensure a smooth service experience for all our customers. We do not pass on our jobs to third parties when you book with us you will get serviced by us and our trusted staff.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In 2018 we started providing moving services occasionally. But once covid hit we decided to focus more on providing this essential service to the San Diego community. We serviced many senior, and injured people during that time. Now we have expanded into servicing commercial customers as well and provide reoccuring labor only service to several local San Diego businesses.
