- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At NP Painting we guarantee our work to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied. Pricing is dependent on many factors (i.e. amount of prep work, quality of paint, total square footage, etc.). After an initial walk through of the property we will generate a quote that will include details of every step of the project along with a total price and project timeline.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new projects begin with an initial phone consultation to help us understand the scope of the work to be completed. An on-site appointment will then be scheduled to conduct a walk through on the property to further define the specifics of the work. A quote will be generated and sent within 2 business days that will include the details of the work to be completed, the total cost of project and an accurate project timeline.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees are trained on both interior and exterior painting prior to starting work on any new customer homes. Our current employees have all worked in the painting industry for a minimum of 5 years.
