- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with new customers begins with a discovery call to discuss the project's scope, timeline, and budget. We then provide customers with a detailed questionnaire to gather information about their lifestyle, preferences, and requirements. Based on this information, we develop a customized proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, deliverables, and pricing. Once the proposal is approved, we formalize the agreement and schedule a project kickoff meeting to review the timeline, discuss next steps, and address any questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree from the Design Institute of San Diego (DISD), where I acquired a comprehensive understanding of design principles, spatial planning, and aesthetics. Additionally, I have several years of practical experience working under the mentorship of seasoned professionals in the industry, which provided invaluable insights and hands-on learning opportunities. However, I believe that true design expertise also comes from within – it's about having a keen eye for detail, a passion for creativity, and a genuine commitment to enhancing people's living environments. My combination of formal education, practical experience, and innate design sensibility enables me to approach each project with a unique perspective and deliver exceptional results tailored to my clients' needs and preferences.
