FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a full service design firm- we are asked to design small refresh or paint consultations, to full home designs. For the projects that can be completed in 1 or 2 visits- our firm bills at an hourly rate. For larger, lengthier projects- the client is billed a flat design fee. There is a deposit required upon acceptance of the agreement, and the balance is due upon completion of the design. We have developed a professional library where many manufacturers have extended trade, or wholesale pricing to us. We in turn will extend a courtesy discount to our clients to help save them money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love new customers! The excitement of a new project, challenges, and opportunities are what make this so enjoyable for us. An introductory conversation between designer and client is the first step to help determine your project's particular needs, style, budgets, along with any special event you are planning so that we can complete the design within your parameters. We then will set up a meeting to see the space, take measurements and photos to help write a detailed design agreement. Once signed and approved- we get to work to create the design for your space, present to you for approval, so we can make the magic happen!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With a Bachelor of Arts, in Interior Design from Design Institute, along with ASID, IIDA, and CID credentials, I take our profession seriously. It is important to keep up with the current design innovations, regulations and ideas to give you the most informed design decisions avail.
