Everything about my experience with Metla was outstanding. They were responsive in their communication while scheduling the cleaning, they were up-front in their pricing and there were no hidden or surprise charges. The technician they sent was not only professional and thorough, but he was very flexible and relaxed in his attitude. The company called me a couple of hours before the scheduled arrival time, and asked if it was ok if they arrive early. I said I wasn't quite ready for him yet, but he could come and work on the part of the house that I had already cleared out, and move on to others as I cleared them. That had been an issue with at least one of the other companies that I had talked to. They insisted the house be completely empty prior to their arrival. Well, no job for them. Alexander arrived about an hour early, as they said he would, and I had him get started with the bathroom, that I had already cleared everything out of. My friends and I cleared the rest of the rooms, and Alexander moved on to the others as they became ready. It basically went like clockwork! In the end, the place is now much cleaner than when I moved in! I would not hesitate to use Alexander and Metla again the next time I need a house cleaning.

IM SO HAPPY I FOUND METLA HOUSE CLEANING! They were able to accommodate a same day last minute request as my other cleaners bailed last minute! They showed up right away and I swear it’s the best cleaning I’ve ever seen. I will be now using them for all of my cleaning needs. The scheduling is so easy and the team I speak with on the phone is SO professional!!!!! Stop looking for any more cleaners and use metla!!!!!
