Introduction
Bravado Farms is located in the beautiful 4S Ranch area of San Diego at a private facility. We are a full-service hunter/jumper show barn catering to junior and amateur riders who wish to compete at the county circuit or "A" rated shows. Bravado Farms is a family-friendly barn with a relaxed atmosphere. We encourage the students to come early before lessons to take their time getting ready and to stay after to hangout and visit with friends. We have an open door policy and you are always welcome to stop in and say hi or hangout and visit even on days you aren't riding. We plan fun activities for the kids several times a year so they can get together and have some fun. Our training programs are tailored to help each horse and rider meet their full potential. In-barn leases are available. We are now accepting new clients.

I have soooo enjoyed the horses and the people at Bravado Farms!! Tara is amazing and so helpful. She has really been awesome and patient during my lessons and has helped me regain my confidence after taking a 12 year break from riding. I'll be sticking around for as long as she will have me :)

I have been riding with Tara for almost a year now and I am thankful for the opportunity to have become a part of her barn family at Full Circle Farms. Tara did a tremendous job with helping me bring my beloved 20 year old Warmblood back from an injury sustained outside of her care. Tara's extreme attention to detail and her wealth of equine knowledge was pivotal in my horse's recovery. Tara treats every horse in the barn like her own and carefully monitors their care, while providing a tailored riding program for each horse/rider combination. As a full-time+ CPA, I work long hours during the weekdays, which makes getting out to the barn to ride during the week nearly impossible. However, Tara has been extremely flexible in working with my schedule so that I can get as much riding time in as possible. Further, I know my horse is being regularly exercised and well cared for in my absence, which definitely helps me sleep at night. I am so lucky to have found a trainer who is willing to work around my schedule and who has taken a keen interested in getting me back into the sport after an almost 10 year hiatus. Tara is an extremely hard worker and determined professional who thrives on the accomplishments of her students. Her passion for the sport and love of horses seems to be the driving force behind Tara's motivation to go above an beyond. I can not say enough to emphasize how grateful I am to train with her.

Tara is a natural teacher. She encourages her students to think and verbalize what they've done right and what they've done wrong and how to correct it. She is a positive person and genuinely wants her students to succeed both in the arena and out. She takes advantage of teachable moments; encouraging them to watch and learn from others. She places a high value on horsemanship and making well rounded equestrians. Tara has incredible "horse sense". She understands that horses are a big investment and strives to protect it by schooling them regularly and watching for any indications that something is wrong. Both my daughter's riding abilities, horsemanship and our horse have improved under Tara. Overall, I could not be more pleased with our training with Tara!

I have been at Full Circle Farms for 15 years beginning with my first pony was I was 8 years old. I have gone from a timid kid that was afraid to jump anything bigger than a cross-rail to confident hunter/jumper rider. Full circle farms took me through the county show hunter ranks winning multiple GSDHJA year-end championships to winning the children's hunters at the "A" rated shows. After years of success in the hunter ring I switch to the jumper ring and enjoyed the same type of success winning the PCHA and USHJA year-end Horse of the Year awards in the Adult jumpers. Tara recently joined our barn and has already helped me immensely with my new young project horse. Tara brings several years of horse show experience to Full circle farms and has quickly fit into the barn family!

Full Circle Farms is a place I've always found myself to excell in the environment and can trust both Liza and Tara to always give meaning critiques and to explain their methods. I was at Full Circle Farms for three years as a child and when I moved back to San Diego as an adult I knew that it would be the right barn for me and my desires to go back and continue to train. Having Tara recently join Full Circle Farms has added to the positive dynamic at the barn. She is currently helping me train my young horse and has wonderful advice and a lot of knowledge. Being at Full Circle Farms has taught me various skills that have made me into a better jumper rider.
