I hired Shark Flooring to sand and refinish my hardwood floor, and loved working with Rodolfo and his team. First, Rodolfo is great at communication. He always answered my questions promptly, in text or email. He always told me what time he would be here and was always on time. Second, he tried his best to help his client. It happened several times during my project: i) I needed to install tiles and repair drywalls in my bathroom, and he didn't do these types of work. However, he found a good contractor to handle those situations for me. ii) during sanding the hardwood floor, some wood blocks were found damaged and needed to be replaced. This was unexpected extra work and he was fully booked. However, he was able to find me a good subcontractor to do the repair. Third, the finished floor looks beautiful! All in all, highly recommend Rodolfo if you have any flooring projects!

Rodolfo and his assistant were friendly and communicative. He also offered to help move the furniture for me. The price was good and the floors look great! I'd definetly hire them again.

Rodolfo and his crew did such a fantastic job refinishing my hardwood floors. We had two kinds of wood, maple and cherry, and Rodolfo was able to match them perfectly! That's not an easy thing to do. There were a ton of deep scratches that completely disappeared and the floors look flawless. Rodolfo and crew were so easy to work with, cleaned up really well and we couldn't be happier with the whole experience
