I cannot say enough about how EASY of an experience we had with Johnie to assemble a not so basic bbq grill for me as a Christmas gift to my husband! He was responsive & accommodating during scheduling (even coming out on short notice ahead of Christmas). OF COURSE the grill ended up coming with defective parts from the manufacturer! Johnie communicated that immediately when he noticed them and went further to explain what he could do to modify the grill (at our approval) to make it functional in lieu of us returning it for another one. He was also very personable (yet focused) during the entire process. His pricing was fair at the end (he didn’t try to squeeze additional time in to jack up the price like I’ve seen other “professionals” do), so I feel he’s completely trustworthy. He is our new go to guy!

Johnie was very responsive and reliable. I needed some holiday lights installed in a short amount of time and Johnie was able to get me the type of lights I wanted, and have one of his guys come and do the job within a couple of daysc and he also fairly negotiated with me to work within my budget. Although they were a couple hours later than planned, Johnie proactively called me to give me a headsup and communicated with me along the way. I’d definitely work with him again. Thank you!
