- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not offer any standard pricing, simply because each job is different and every aspect of the job can affect pricing, including the layout, footage, type of fence, gates, and installation area. We instead offer free estimates where the professional will come to your home and work up a personalized quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat all of our customers like they are our most important. We typically get in contact by phone or email, discuss the customer's needs, then set up an appointment for a free estimate. We then go to the home, take measurements, and work up a detailed quote for the new fence. Once selected, we sign a contract and set up an installation date. After installing your new fence, we do a walk through and make sure everything is perfect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Brett, the owner, has over 10 years experience in the fencing industry. He has worked in both the sales and installation environment, and has received advanced training and education including a masters degree. All of our installation foremen have over 10 years experience of installing different fence types for both residential and commercial customers.
