- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With customized seasonal treatments and unlimited free warranty services at no additional cost, our quarterly pest control plan is the most popular option among our customers. There are no fees—you pay a flat rate and we come out every 3 months (once a season) and whenever else you need us in between. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Welcoming new customers to the Joshua’s family is one of the best parts of our job! In fact, you’ll receive a phone call during your first visit so we can officially welcome you, answer any questions you may have, and ensure that all the contact information on your account is set up exactly how you’d like it. Meanwhile, your field expert will begin a special flushing treatment to drive out existing pest activity—both seen and unseen. This treatment takes about 30 days to complete, and then we’ll return to create a barrier around the perimeter of your home to keep pests out. We maintain this barrier on subsequent visits, as well as customize additional treatments based on the unique needs of your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training is one of the hallmarks of Joshua’s Pest Control and something that sets us apart in the pest control industry. While most pest control companies train once a year or once a quarter at best, every employee at Joshua’s trains every day. We believe ongoing, daily training is critical to delivering excellent service and evolving our knowledge of best pest control practices. We’re committed to always becoming our better selves, and daily training is a vital part of making that happen.
