- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing usually varies within every project. We do our best to give the most fair estimate to all of our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a very strict process when meeting with our customers for the first time. Once we are requested to visit with the customer for a meeting about their project we will request that we walk the entire job to fully understand our scope. Once this process is finished we will provide a written estimate within 24 hours of the walkthrough. The agreement of terms will be detailed in a written contract between CreekStone and the customer. The service is immediately scheduled and the customer will usually have to wait no longer than 14 days to begin installation. The installation will be followed up with a phone call from our customer service department and a letter provided for feedback.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CreekStone is consistently providing ongoing education and training for our employees. It is important that we are safe and clean while providing excellent customer service.
