- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have 2 methods of pricing based on your case. Some cases we charge hourly, while others are a flat fee. Regardless of the payment structure we make sure to review everything with you, so you completely understand the charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Dealing with law enforcement and the government is scary. I offer free consultations and walk you through the process and explore all of your options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, I serve on the White Collar Committee, the 4th Amendment Committee, and the Strategic Litigation Committee. I am also an active member of the Women in White Collar Criminal Defense Association, the Federal Bar Association.
