Hello, I’m Sophie! Originally from France, I’ve brought a slice of my heritage to San Diego with my vegan beignets, crafted with a passion for food and dedication to creating a unique experience. I have spent 15 years in the food industry, immersing myself in every flavor, technique, and tradition that brings food to life. This journey has led me to the vibrant Farmers Markets around San Diego, where I am thrilled to share my beignets and see them become a local favorite. Each beignet I make is infused with the heart and soul of my French roots, but also tailored to meet the modern cravings for plant-based delights. I’m now expanding to offer catering for memorable events—whether it’s an intimate wedding, a joyous baby shower, a lively birthday party, or a professional conference.
