I contacted California Duct Cleaners late evening to schedule dryer vent cleaning, not expecting a reply until the next day but they replied almost immediately and had availability the next morning with their best technician Pablo Reyes. Pablo fully lived up to his reputation and then some. His expertise was obvious right away. He told us the replacement hose we purchased was poor quality, got one from his truck instead and proceeded to do an excellent job. Best vent cleaning service we ever had. He gave us a 6 month replacement deal and I already have a call back on my calendar. Thanks Pablo!

The technician who came to our home was excellent. His name was Pablo. He was very courteous, always professional and explained the whole process in detail. He was very thorough in his work and informed me of all work that needed to be done. I think the pricing was reasonable and the company warranties the work for six months which which was reassuring. Our house smells and feels so much cleaner. Excellent job! Thank you so much, Pablo!!!

Cannot thank Pablo enough for the service, quality, and value I received. My original intent was to just have my air ducts cleaned due to the mold growing at the covers. He ended up finding the issue which was moisture from the water sitting in the air ducts. Pablo and Bernard worked hard for what seemed to be 6-8 hours (not exactly sure as I was fielding other contractors at the time). I was worried at the (unplanned) amount I was about to spend as he was showing me the extent of the work. Pablo was prompt, professional, and personable. I am very happy to know I am breathing clean air. I would not hesitate referring California Duct Cleaners to my (home seller/buyer) clients, family, and friends. Thanks again, Pablo!

Pablo was very responsive and easy to communicate with to set up the complementary estimate and scheduling the duct cleaning. They offer weekend appointments, which was preferred for my schedule. Alex and Bernardo were the technicians that came out to provide service for the duct cleaning. Both were very professional, communicative and efficient. I would definitely use California Duct Cleaning again in the future.

I had a fantastic experience with California Duct Cleaners. Pablo, the technician who came to clean my dryer vent, did an excellent job. Not only he was incredibly efficient and thorough, but he was also polite and courteous throughout the entire service. My dryer now runs more efficiently, and I feel safer knowing that my vent is clean and free from potential hazards. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price may only change if theres more than 5 ducts that our promotion states, additional ducts are $50 each. There’s no such thing as hidden prices or any price changes we are very clear with that!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first arrive and offer our free inspection & quote, we will show you with high quality pictures and videos any problem that your system has. After completing the inspection & quote we will give you time to think about it and if you decide to go with us we can do the job at site.
