Tim Quinn has been there for us the whole way thru the remodel/addition. He drew up the plans, got them approved, and has been there thru the inspection process. We can't thank him enough for everything he has done for us.

Tim and his team were absolutely amazing! He did our project back in December of 2023, we had a house damaged in a fire and needed permit plans for a rebuild. We had been going back and forth with insurance and gave Tim a list of the requirements they had. I was in a very difficult position after a few very rough experiences with dealing with a few drafters and Tim worked hard day and night to get all sheets completed for insurance purposes as well as submission. We are thankful for Tim and his team’s support and I would recommend Tim to anyone! Thank you again Tim!

Tim and his team are legendary at what they do. They have done 15+ project for us and always exceed our expectations in every area. They are on time or early, communicative, flexible, and always working with you to make you happy with what you are getting. Homes are our lives, every detail matters, and they know it. I work for a construction company and they do all of our plans from San Diego to the Bay Area. I wouldn’t use anyone else. His team is great at what they do and you truly can not beat the prices.
