- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A detailed proposal, outlining our services in an a-la-cart format will be provided after the initial consultation. We will provide a complete list of services that would be beneficial and necessary to the owner's specific project; proposed services can be accepted in part or as a whole by the owner.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Initial consultation discussing scope of work desired, project timeline and owner's conceptual vision. 2) At owner's request we would provide a detailed proposal including design costs, RFP management, Contract Management, Cost Control, and Project Management. This proposal will cover a variety of services that may be considered throughout the construction phase. We can serve as an agent for the owner or work strictly on a consulting basis. 4) Bingham Construction will review the pricing structure with the owner to ensure that the pricing details are fully clarified and understood. 5) After reviewing the proposal the owner may decide to choose any or all services that they feel are necessary on the project and would sign a mutually acceptable agreement to move forward with the project.

14 years as a project manager in the construction industry. Extensive experience managing architects, engineers and contractors.
