Very professional, kind, and detailed. Reasonable and transparent pricing.Our water bill spiked unexpectedly because of a toilet leak.Nick from Bill Metzger Plumbing showed up within 3 hours of the initial call.Nick found the leak, explained our options and went on to fix the issue. My water heater wasnt working anymore, so I called. Bill himself spoke with me and was very helpful. A very hardworking and kind employee named Moris came to install the new water heater promptly. I have been using it for 5 months now, and it has been working wonderfully. Im super appreciative of Moriss good work and energy.
