My water heater wasnt working anymore, so I called. Bill himself spoke with me and was very helpful. A very hardworking and kind employee named Moris came to install the new water heater promptly. I have been using it for 5 months now, and it has been working wonderfully. Im super appreciative of Moriss good work and energy.

A company you can trust! Chris did a good job of replacing two bathroom faucets for us. He was honest enough not to charge us for some other work he performed because we thought there was an issue, but it turns out there was not. He could have charged us for this too and informed us he fixed the issue, and we would have never known.

Very professional, kind, and detailed. Reasonable and transparent pricing.Our water bill spiked unexpectedly because of a toilet leak.Nick from Bill Metzger Plumbing showed up within 3 hours of the initial call.Nick found the leak, explained our options and went on to fix the issue.
