- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our company bases each individual pricing given on services wanted and/or needed, Sq. Footage, extent of infestation and damage caused, but we do keep in mind that in order to consider moving forward budgets do cause a standstill for most. We are willing to work with and help as many people as we can as long as we both can feel at ease with the comfort of not being overpriced nor underpriced for services recommended. - 𝙂𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙡 𝙋𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙤𝙡 - We offer Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly, Bi-Monthly and Quarterly Services. (pricing varies on frequency) NO contract and NO cancellation fees. "We also offer a 1x service, upon request." Please ask about our add-ons just like mosquitoes control, fly control, rats/mice control, bee/wasps removal and more! - 𝙎𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙮 𝙋𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙨 - Such as, Termites, Bedbugs, German Roaches, and Fleas are difficult to control which will require more prep and a thorough approach to rid you of the nuisance invading your home. Price will vary based on the type of pest. "If moving forward with treatment, we will require a 10% deposit and the remainder of the balance will be due when the job is complete." - 𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 - For services involving Termites, Wood Repair, Rodents, and Insulation, an inspection will be required prior to treatment. All inspections are free and final price will be given after evaluation. (Properties for Escrow and Refinancing require a fee during inspection.) "If moving forward with treatment, we will require a 10% deposit and the remainder of the balance will be due when the job is complete."
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to speak to our customers for a bit to get an idea of the issues they might be or are having. Will then discuss which service fits their exact situation or if further inspection is required. If further inspection is required we take into consideration everyone's schedule; so that we may move forward in setting up an appointment for further evaluation of the home. Once inspection is complete we take a moment with the homeowner to explain in detail what we found, and all of their options for treatments with pricing and we do our best to answer all questions they may have. If they decide to move forward, we schedule a date for treatment. "Now if there is no further inspection required than we move forward with scheduling their appointment to start service."
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully licensed under the State of California Structural Pest Control Board.
