- How did you get started doing this type of work?
A friend of mine built a computer and gave me basic knowledge on how systems work and how to repair minor errors. Everything else I learned grew from there.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
All kinds, happy, sad, angry, lonely. Each customer is different and needs there information and systems for many reasons.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't expect the impossible. Meaning, don't assume that a few minutes with a system running Windows Vista can be changed to work under Windows 10. Also, understand that each company offers service to help, not as a way to be short changed. Everything costs, even time.
