When I contacted Billy, we discussed what was wrong with the leak that began from the roof overhang. I sent pictures of the leak area. Billy was available to come to home the same day and start working on the leak area. Billy during the job pointed out the areas that was causing the problem. Not only did he fix the mess but installed higher quality of roofing paper in area that was needed. Professionalism was greatly appreciated; the finished work is better than the developers that built my home. Thank you, Billy.

Billy fixes leaks on multiple locations on the roof and went extra mile fixing part of damaged wall, with modest price. He is very responsive, on time, and works hard (finished job in the same day until late afternoon). Highly recommended.

Billy from Modest Construction arrived exactly when he committed to and did an excellent job of replacing a few broken tiles and fitting up the replacement tiles to ensure that the roof was sealed to prevent rain water from entering our home. I highly recommend Modest Construction
