- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unfortunately we don’t have any discounts because our rate is fair and competitive. Fortunately we don’t have any hidden fees, surcharges etc
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It’s easy to communicate with. You direct phone of the owner. Do not hesitate call or text any time to get support or estimate. We do not have sales department or sales person. So no any obstacles between customer and owner
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
