• We are not responsible for paint chipping, oxidation stains, loose siding, or water leaks caused by aging or neglected surfaces.
• For soft washing and pressure washing, it is the client’s responsibility to close windows and doors to prevent water entry.
• Soft Washing & Landscaping Disclaimer: Soft washing involves the use of sodium hypochlorite and other cleaning agents that, while effective, may cause temporary or permanent damage to plants, grass, or landscaping if exposed. While we take precautions to minimize impact (such as rinsing plants before and after treatment), VITROME Inc. is not responsible for any damage to vegetation, lawns, flowers, or surrounding landscaping as a result of the cleaning process. Clients are encouraged to water their plants thoroughly before service to help minimize potential effects.

8. Weather & Work Conditions
• Exterior services (soft washing, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning) are weather-dependent. If unsafe conditions arise, we will reschedule at no additional cost.
• Some cleaning results may take a few days to fully show, especially for organic growth removal via soft washing.
9. Property Access & Permissions
• By scheduling a service, you grant VITROME Inc. permission to access the property for cleaning purposes.
• If you are not home during service, you agree to provide necessary access (gates, codes, etc.) in advance.
