HIGHLY RECOMMENDED COMPANY!!! GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PRICING, INCREDIBLE WORK! A technician from PRP showed up to our appointment on time, he also let me know ahead of time that he was on his way. He wore gloves and a mask the entire day making my family and I feel safe with COVID-19 being a problem in today’s world. He came into our home with protective shoe coverings which I appreciate because other companies I’ve had come out don’t bother to. He first diagnosed the interior of our home prior to the exterior. He personally showed me the problem within our plumbing by camera and thoroughly explained to me what I was looking at. He afterwards came up with multiple effective solutions that were within our price range. I appreciate his professionalism and desire to really help my family and I find the best fit solution for our home repairs! PRP did an outstanding job and I look forward to having them service our home from here on out!!

Called premier rooter for a sewer repipe after dealing with bigger companies in town with crazy prices, Nate showed up on time and walked the job with me and offered me multiple options to have the job done the right and honest way without up selling things I didn’t really need!!! After a few hours of talking we decided to move forward with the estimate which it was almost 40% less than the other companies/estimates!! 3 days later like we talked about Nate had his A+ team on my house!! Crazy to find out those amazing guys got the job done in 1 DAY!!! Instead of 3 like everyone else was saying, the process was amazing and the craftsmanship even better, we just loved how they went above and beyond, taking care of my plumbing issues, my house and of course my bank account !!. Definitely recommend premier rooter to everyone in need of any plumbing work!!! Thank you so much Nate and team!!!!!

I cannot express how extremely happy I am with this company first off I had been experiencing my toilet not flushing which I found odd then about a couple hours later I smelled something funky in my hall way and when I opened the door to the bathroom it was disgusting. I found this company and called them. They were at my house within an hour the gentleman that came was very courteous and polite he explained to me that I had a mainline issue and that he would cable it. About 25 minutes into roto rootering he stated that the water went down but that he thought that there may be something else going on and that my area is notorious for a paper tar pipe he recommended a camera. Initially I was skeptical but I'm glad I went ahead with it. The gentleman showed me while he was videoing my line and it was full of roots and completely collapsed. They offered options and were even able to finance the job and get started right away. THANK YOU PREMIER!!!!!!

We provide seniors 5% discount and military We provide flat rate pricing and don’t charge per hour we charge per job so client isn’t being over charged for too many hours nor do they feel like they need to watch the clock.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I like to start from scratch and get to know the client and the project and earn there future business. Provide client with a estimate, provide a premium service and receive a star review

I have Graduated a 4 year apprenticeship. I am viega certified. Excavator certified Certified with OSHA Trenchless underground certified
