Absolute Property Management is the Amazing! They answered my call right away, and they were able to schedule our initial consultation and home tour the same day. All I can say is WOW...I had been trying to rent my condo out for weeks with no luck. When Absolute Property Management reached out to me, after just 10 minutes on the phone, I knew they were pros. They met with me at the condo, advised me on several things I would have never even thought of, including where to place smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors, fixing the fire-rated door hinges to the garage, and double-strapping the hot water heater. The team at Absolute Property Management is very proactive, and wastes no time. They got the photos taken and the rental listing prepared in 1 day, and we already have a very qualified tenant in place. I went with their Elite plan, because it's so much cheaper than what the other property managers offered. Absolute Property Management is very easy to work with, very affordable, and very knowledgeable about the market and legal compliance. I give this company an A+

Absolute Property Management is the best property management company I've worked with. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Absolute Property Management offers the best rates and greatest value of all property management companies in Sacramento. We offer 3 easy pricing options, with plans as low as $99 per month. All plans include Full-Service property management. We don't charge any mark-up fees for maintenance items, or any other junk fees. Straightforward, honest, & affordable pricing is what you can expect when you work with us!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As an owner, the first step in the process is for you to choose a service plan which best meets your needs. Once you have chosen the service plan that that’s right for you, contact us via our website, by email, or by phone, to discuss the next steps. We will need you to sign a Property Management Agreement, which will spell out many of the terms of service. For vacant properties, we will schedule an initial on-site visit at the property, where we will take notes and offer suggestions on what (if anything) is needed, in order to get the property rent-ready. You will need to complete an Owner Property Questionnaire (located on our website) where you will list important details about the home (Ex: Does the home have solar?, HOA & Utility details, and so on). Once the home is rent-ready, we will take photos of the home and create an attractive rental ad. We will then find you a quality tenant, and we will screen the tenant to insure they have good credit, good income, no criminal record, and no evictions. We will prepare a Lease Agreement for you and the tenant to sign, and we will then set up portal accounts for you and the tenant...the tenant will be able to make payments directly through their portal, and you will be able to view / download statements, and so on.
