Janelle made the experience extremely easy and stress free. Needing to have our documents signed, notarized and returned the same day we called Thompson Mobile Notary Service. We couldn't have had a better person show up than Janelle. We have had to use notary services many times but this was by far the most pleasant thanks to Janelle. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each Notarial signature is a standard fee of $15. Travel fees range from $15 to $25. Discounts available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First off, we will want to determine how many signatures need to be notarized and what documents are to be notarized. We can determine that through a phone consultation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I initially started out getting my Commission with The State of California to become a notary. I was then able to certify as a Loan Signing Agent through the NNA.
